Lola’s home is a single family house located in a quiet neighborhood uptown Barcelona. The property occupies only 53 sqm on ground floor and it extends on vertical until 9 meters high.
The owners had to preserve the heritage of the building by keeping the façade and rebuilding the interiors. Lovers of Barcelona’s culture, they wanted a functional home using traditional local materials.

Each floor was individually treated and carefully connected with the next via a central stair. Each space was clearly defined with its own flair while maintaining a strong connection to the whole. A variety of ceramic tiles, white marble, raw iron, and oak were mixed together to create a bespoke palette.

We made a careful selection of new and old furnishings that identifies each space and enhances the minimalist approach.
