El Willy, Three Years in China is a book that narrates the adventures of Spanish chef Willy Trull├ís since his arrival to Shanghai until he became a celebrity in the city’s restaurant scene.

The project started with “I’d like to have a cook book” and from there, we interviewed Willy, created the contents, compiled and selected all the “historical” images, managed the photo shootings and designed the book. The result is a reflection of Willy’s funky universe and a story of success in China, together with some of his most beloved recipes.
